Mark from Coast Plumbing Solutions is a great! Time and time again he has brought our original hardwared old house into the current century. He has tirelessly worked to unclog drains that have not worked since 2008, and fixed cast iron piping so corroded even a saw could not budge it easily. Even on his busiest of days, he always works to squeeze us in to fix even our simplest of problems.

Installed customer supply lav facet and pop up assembly in cottage. Angle stops also changed out due to being completely seized up. Tested no leaks this job is complete
Installed Matt black Kohler garbage disposal flange to Island kitchen sink. Descaled tankless and reset service code.
Upon arrival called Bradford white customer service and let the support tech know that the water heater is lighting up every two minutes and that i smell gas coming from the control valve. Bradford white tech support said there might be soot in the burner. Next replaced diaphragm and pilot assembly. Also cleaned out soot in burner area. Upon replacing diaphragm also installed gas drip leg at control valve. Turned gas back on and pilot light right up. Then went to kitchen sink ran hot water to make sure the burner will light back up and it did.
Attempted to locate old galvanized line by connecting the Ridgid ST-305 device to fill valve galvanized elbow which was surrounded by water. Got a reading and located the direction of the line. Exposing line would be ideal to verify that line is where our rigid line transmitter located line.
Upon arrival open drywall in the garage that services the shower valve in master. Next removed existing shower valve. Installed new client provided chrome shower valve. Then removed existing Roman tub valves and spout in master and installed new chrome client provided Roman tub valve and spout. Turned on water to check for leaks. No leaks at this time. No warranty on client provided fixtures. 2 yr warrant on parts used on job.
Swapping chrome bar faucet located in kitchen with chrome bar faucet located in washroom
Upon arrival, inspected unit and found out they had no salt in their brine tank. Proceeded to fill brine tank with three bags of salt. Tested hardness of unit and it came out at 11 grains of hardness due to no salt in brine tank. Set the unit to Regenerate and stayed until I saw the unit fully start and continue process, customer should have soft water in approximately 3 hours. Water pressure was measured at 55.
Running hydro jetter down line for clean inner diameter of main sewer line
Water pressure to home was at 60 PSI, low water pressure issue is due to faulty home softener system. A new home softener system is highly recommended.
Removed shower drain cover and cleared all debris and accumulation of hair which restricted the flow of water. Ran cables through cleanout located outside of two restrooms Fixed water line leak located close to boiler in back yard on a inch and a quarter copper line. Wrapped with 10 mil tap as well.
